Blog2024 ≫ I just invented a new fitness challenge

It's called "Never Gonna Plank You Up". I'm going to be able to plank1 for the length of "Never Gonna Give You Up" by the end of the month. That's four minutes. I did ninety seconds today and it's hard.

Actually I got this idea of planking to music from Rob Deering on the Running Commentary podcast ages ago. But I made up the name. Was talking to a friend about how I could improve fitness apart from just running. Running is good cardio but only really working my legs. Plank will work my core.
