Blog2024 ≫ I just invented a new fitness challenge

It's called "Never Gonna Plank You Up". I'm going to be able to plank 1 for the length of "Never Gonna Give You Up" by the end of the month. That's four minutes. I did ninety seconds today and it's hard.

Actually I got this idea of planking to music from Rob Deering on the Running Commentary podcast ages ago. But I made up the name. Was talking to a friend about how I could improve fitness apart from just running. Running is good cardio but only really working my legs. Plank will work my core.
