Commuting day today, so up at 6am. Breakfasts made and to the train. Work went quite well. Went out for my run at lunch. Decided to do the usual run, but get this, in reverse! So along Fleet Street, South over Waterloo bridge, along Stamford Street, and back up over Blackfriars Bridge. Medium sort of pace. Lots of people in my way.
Work in the afternoon alright too, but I didn't gain anything for being in the office, and I don't think anyone got anything from me either. I'm becoming less and less convinced by this trip up to Welwyn Garden City. I was not that convinced from the start though really.
Tired again. This is my last Thursday of dryanuary, so this time next week I think I'll be in the pub. Thinking I will do Febrewery again, at least one of my friends is up for it.
This day in history I saw Catatonia (1996), Stereophonics (1998), Beta Band (2000), Phoenix (2001), and Jimmy Eat World (2002). Then I stopped going out.
dryanuary: Not drinking for all of January.
runuary: Running at least 5k every day for the month of January.
