I get up when I want except on Saturdays!
Did not feel rested when I got up this morning, but along to parkrun anyway. Weather supposedly a lot warmer today, like five or six degrees, but didn't feel it and still icy underfoot. Not super on-time so started at the back again but made up a lot of time overtaking people. Doing quite well but then my lace came undone and I got overtaken a lot again. Quite a good sprint finish so my overall performance is better than my official time:
