Just remembered after they had been pressure cooking for ten minutes that "wasn't it funny that recipe saying only pressure cook them for three minutes, surely that's not enough", and then those roast potatoes were great. Mine today are more or less mash already. I will have roast mash and sausages and peas for my tea. Also it is very late to be doing my tea, quarter past seven as I write this.
