Two free hours of electricity from Octopus Energy today, and I was out working at Tesco, oh noes! It's OK though, Clare was home, she's on a late today. I got her to put washing in at the right time, and I'd been able to set the tumble dryer on a timer, to make full use of it. Then I was back with about half an hour of free energy to go, so was able to heat myself a pasty in the Ninja, microwave some beans and make a hot drink. All free!
Yesterday's energy saving time did not go so well, the oven was on for part of it in the end. Don't think we really saved any energy.
