I picked the top three local builders from the "Federation Of Master Builders" who looked like they did rooves and ceilings. So far two of them have responded, and neither want to do the work. Think I will have to try somewhere else.
I went with a different approach this time as going through checkatrade also got me a high rate of "no thanks we don't want the work".
If I get the solar panels, I wonder if I can get the installers to take a look at the roof at the same time..?
