Next for another beer, and hopefully some more Camden scenester spotting. We got the beer but were about twenty-five years too late for the other. We got a table in the upstairs bar for a bit, that was good as the place was busy. Then the upstairs bar closed and we were squeezed in downstairs until we headed to the gig.
Oh we did see a huge queue of people, a queue the likes of which I have never seen, to get into the Electric Ballroom. I thought it must be some secret gig just announced on the day, but it was a regular advertised Yngwie Malmsteen gig. In the venue where I met Clare actually. But we would not be going there tonight, we walked on past.
