Did the lunchtime run that I forgot about. Weather was good, a bit warm if anything.
Some good news, was starting to think I'd lost my sunglasses. A quick run round looking for them to wear out on today's run and thought; were they in my brown bag? And then couldn't find the brown bag. I knew I'd taken it with me on the bus to Folkestone yesterday, did I leave it on the bus? But all good in the end, found the bag, and also found the sunglasses. Not in time for the run, but all is good by the end of the day.
Have made a plan to run again on Thursday.
