The weather is cooler today, and I am cooler today, if that could be possible. I got my new sunglasses, they arrived in the post. I'm not sure if they're good and super light because that's good because it makes them float and they're good for running in, or if they're light because they're super cheap. Will see how they last.
Also got a delivery of wine today! And no chance to drink it. Need a week of not drinking now to get back to full strength for my weekend of ROCK! Def Leppard and Motley Crue on Saturday and then Iron Maiden on Monday, with a day of beer between the two.
And in gigs of the past for this day, back to 1996 Cecil at the Joiners. I remember seeing them, don't remember Feeder being the support. Today in 1991 The Primitives at the same venue in Southampton. And then exactly thirty years ago today, Gladiators are you ready?
