Knee started twingeing about 4km in so I had to stop and then go a lot slower for the last kilometre. Sad seeing so many people overtake me. I had to finish though as we were also volunteering this week, so I had to get back and scan people. T1 also with me for his third volunteering session, they had him marshalling this week. He found that tiring, partly because of having to get out of bed so early. Try running it mate! In fact try running it after a night out on the beers! OK, maybe not yet.
450 people there this week1 and a really fast finish from first place. I scanned him! I see that is a record attendance2.

Got a semi-quiet day today. First listening to some records, got Blossoms on now. It's very poppy and synthy but I like it. And feels like such a quality slice of vinyl, it's really heavy. Not all quiet though, some chores to do and then I might tidy up the front garden a bit. Also tempted to spruce up the front door, is it easy to replace a letterbox? Ours looks scruffy, can I get a stainless steel one?
