The Inn Doors is up for sale1. This is not news, I have heard the pub business was up for sale for a while. But this is the actual building1, including the bar on the ground floor and the two flats above it. For £300k. I think that sounds very good, could be a good business opportunity. I don't quite have £300k spare right now though. And interest rates are going up and property prices are expected to fall. I think I will hang on and hang on until someone buys it and then regret not being bolder.
