Bit of an experiment but it must be the same as the sauce I made the other day? Sear the onions and garlic for a bit on that mode, then pressure cook it for a bit.
I tried it but the cooker is showing "no pressure" so need to figure that out. Does it mean "not up to pressure yet" or have I done something wrong 1? I vented and opened the lid and it seemed to be mostly cooked, so maybe it had had it's time and was venting itself. Fifteen minutes (or whatever it actually had) wasn't enough for this vegan soya so putting it in for another ten.
