T1's first football match with Cheriton United today, away at Deal. The score was 5-1, not in our favour. That's their first goal in many games though apparently. He did not start the match but came on after about thirty-five minutes. It was so cold out there, so cold for us watching in our multiple layers, he must have been absolutely freezing waiting to go on, in his shorts.
Hoping next game is a) nearer b) warmer.
We had to take Clare to work in order to keep the car to go to the match, and she doesn't finish until quite late today. I just dropped the car back at her work.
