Treadmill again, the new regime. Did a kilometre while thing one is breakfasting, then two km while thing two is eating, then get him off to school then into work. Then did another three at lunch.
The pushups are coming much easier, and the scales are working. Not so sure about that 23% fat reading that I'm getting at the moment though.
A full five days of work this week, though not having to go into London yet.
