Blog ā‰« 2021 ā‰« Where is my parcel???

I got another response from Parcelforce (ParcelFARCE, cheers!):

Your parcel was delivered to your flat door, the driver buzzed in and a lady said leave it outside the flat door

A few problems here, it's not a flat, there's no buzzer / intercom, and the photographic proof they sent me is clearly not our house.

I wondered if my order had somehow autocompleted our old address, which was a flat, but no. Sounds like someone has misread the address? I can see in the screenshot they sent me that that same person has searched for "48 Lower..." I wonder if that is the address it went to? There is a "Lower" version of our street name, but I don't think there are flats there either. That would be my last resort anyway though knocking on random houses to try and recover lost christmas presents...

Clare is out for the day with her dad, so no parkrun today. The boys and I are going swimming, though they are lazier and less keen than last week.
