Parkrun!

We had to run through a market today, part of a fair on The Leas in Folkestone for the Folkestone Air Show. The weather was not good for it, thought not as windy as it was yesterday. I cycled there for a nice warmup and finished in 38th, much the same as my last one in Fareham.

Off to Tesco in a bit, then going to take the boys swimming and be back by the time Clare goes to work.
