Blog2020 ≫ Walked to Folkestone and ran back

I'm clearing our stash of charity shop bags from the utility room two at a time, so as not to flood the local market. A nice walk in, the day really started warming up. Went in in my running stuff and once the bags were dropped off I was free to walk back. I walked down to the harbour where I know it's just about 5km home and ran from there. Was quite fast in parts but my foot went a bit funny so I slowed down.

I've been going through some old photo albums and confusingly found an INXS ticket. I don't remember seeing INXS. Turns out was Kerry's, though she says I got it for her. Why did I not go?

Thing one had slight bus confusion today, I think the bus was full and did not stop. A coach came along instead to mop up all the stragglers so he still made it to school.

5k: Five km, about three miles in old money.
