Blog2020 ≫ Did turning the router around fix the internet?

I have ordered external antennae for my 4G router1 hoping that will improve the home internet, and in moving the router to investivate where the arial should go, it seems to have improved things. Makes sense I suppose that I would have hot spots and cold spots. The antennae have not arrived yet, I hope that makes a difference too.

I also bought a new switch2 so I can plug more devices into the router directly, specifically the Sonos speakers. This will mean fewer devices on the wifi, which will hopefully improve things too.
