Was hard after six weeks off, my worst result ever with a time of 27:10. Also weather was a bit of a stinker on the way there, riding into driving rain. Still I did it!
After we went to Hythe to collect the hop plant and pick up a bit of shopping, then on to Folkestone for swimming. Then into town for book shopping and more tinned food hoarding.
A step change today, UK now has 1140 coronavirus cases and 21 deaths.
