Blog2020 ≫ Oh just realised I can do a bit more with IFTTT

I am using https://ifttt.com to post to one of my servers when Strava says I've done a new run, that's working nicely. But can I do it the other way round, post from one of my servers to IFTTT? I think I can.

Right now I'm posting to my server, processing the data slightly, checking the time and the date of the run, and if it meets criteria, post it to my buddies. Now what I want is to process the data more, maybe make a new image out of it? Then post that image back to IFTTT. Then I can say if I get a new image from my own server, then update Strava, post the new image to Twitter, update my profile on Slack, etc... Another one to try at the weekend, or maybe tonight when Clare is out at pump class.
