A cheeky 5k skipping over puddles 1. Not sure if I'm missing my recovery days (days off between runs) and that's why my legs feel odd, or if it is actual muscles growing in my legs. I think it may be the latter! That would explain why I've not lost any weight despite not drinking and exercising every day for two weeks now. Or it could be that I am over-compensating for the not drinking by eating more chocolate and crisps.
