Blog2020 ≫ Did not sleep so well last night

Hmm why could this be..? Damn you dryanuary 1! I suspect that is it, after a month of drinking nearly every day there will be a tricky few days reaclimatising to the sobriety. I'm sure it was the same last year too. Hoping the runuary 2 plan will leave me fully knackered each day and so able to sleep better. Did not work yesterday though.

One thing that disturbed me in the night was a strange fanfare that I think came from the Google Home. It might have been from another device, but it was a strange little "alert" noise at about half midnight. I have so many odd and badly behaving devices about the place that it could easily have been something else.

Damn I meant to take the beetle out for a spin today, just to try it out, but I've left it a bit late.

  1. Not drinking in January.
  2. Running at least 5km every day in January.
