Blog2019 ≫ Second party also a success

Took thing two to another party yesterday afternoon, worked out perfectly for me. He scooted there, I had to jog to keep up. Dropped him off for two hours and went to the Inn Doors, then we scooted and jogged home again.

Our trip to the Ship after closing time on Friday was the talk of the Inn Doors.

After Clare went to visit a friend, I ate leftover curry and caught up with Last Leg, Daybreak and the new Harry Hill series. One of his guest was Lucy Pearman from my Edinburgh favourites Let Luce.

The beetle started again fine yesterday too, it must have been just the damp. Dad has left me jump leads, and optimistally a tow rope. I will get round to taking it to a place in Hythe that was recommended, see what advice they have. Probably scrap it.

Back at work today, well working from home. This is Clare's last day of work before she is off for a few days, so I can use the family car and leave the beetle at the garage if needed.

Told work about my forthcoming cataract operation, though still yet to hear about a date.
