Blog2019 ≫ Am I cheating the Strava charts?

I did not run today, though my run stats post will say I did. I am having a rest day, but logged today's lunchtime walk (4km) as if it was a run, so my route got tracked, and the time and distance is added to my exercise stats. Walking is exercise too! Is it cheating the system? I don't think so, as the leader of our leaderboard1 does a 10k walk most day.

Ah, I think now I changed it from looking like a very slow run to a walk, it doesn't count for the leaderboard anyway.

Got a letter from the school today about applying for secondary schools. It's getting close now, the results of the Kent Test must be in at the school. Tense times!

Swimming tonight, but no other excitement planned.

10k: Ten km, just over six miles in old money. Sometimes talking about 10,000 steps though, an arbitrary daily step-count target.
