This surprised me1, but nice anyway! Must have been a quiet week with no-one out on their bikes. Yeah even though I'm only running at the moment I would be competing with the cyclists too. If I'd logged the (minimal) swimming and cycling I'd done it would not have made a difference, but might do next time.
