Blog2019 ≫ Good pizza

We went to Luben yesterday to celebrate passing the milestone that is the Kent Test. Not passing the Kent Test, I'm sure that will come soon enough, but having got past the test itself and all the associated revision. Next step the Shepway test on Saturday, then it seems thing one and all the other year sixes can pretty much coast for the rest of the year. Weird system they have here.

I branched out and had the wild mushroom pizza instead of the Sister Seitan fake pepperoni, and it was great. I really enoyed the fake pepperoni first time I had it but the toppings seem to have got slimmer and meaner since then. The wild mushroom and olive and pesto combo was very tasty.

We looked in the new place that has opened opposite Luben, called Market Square. Clare says it is a bit fancy and expensive. Nice to know it's there though, but probably not one for us with the kids.

The boys were slightly late to bed, but no matter really. Then we watched an old Dalziel and Pascoe, at least until we were interrupted by this bad boy, and Clare had to leave the lounge. That's a pint glass he's under:
