Blog2019 ≫ Quick lunchtime run

Boys were round Grandpa's today, but he had to go to the optician so dropped them back here for lunch. I thought I'd not be able to go out, but gave them the sandwiches I'd prepared yesterday and sat them in front of the Nintendo Switch for a bit so I could finish what I was working on... and then he was back from the optician and took them away again. So I still had time for a proper lunch! So went for a run, to Hythe and back. Tried to extend it a bit, going to start pushing my distances, but was actually only 5.7k before I thought I'd better come back in and eat something, and update the blog of course.

I need to get to the optician too.
