Blog2019 ≫ Slower park run today

Slower today, over twenty five minutes but not bad. Was super foggy out first thing, not much visibility at all. I feel I did it properly today though, I do feel a bit of a fraud driving to the start of the run, though loads of people do. This time I walked to Sandgate where I'd left the bike last night, and then cycled to the run, did the run, and cycled back. A proper morning of exercise, and all before breakfast! Some light pain in the side of my left knee during the run, but best to just carry on. It has been shifting all around my legs, from right hip, to right knee, to the next weakest part I think, soon it will go completely.

Next off to Canterbury for a change, mostly lunch at Wagamama, some new books for the boys, and a new VEGAN ONLY frying pan.

Clare is out running now, she is nearly up to the thirty minutes without stopping, she is soon going to catch me up.

My new hot sauce box arrived from Flaming Licks, some Jerk House jerk sauce, Fair Dinkum chilli barbecue sauce, Kashmiri chilli pickle, chilli seaweed crisps, and another key chain emergency naga chilli sriracha sauce.
