Trying cauliflower steaks today for tea, but dosed with the "scorpion burn paste" I got from Flaming Licks last time. Also sweet potato fries half done with the lime + chilli rub, and half done with the new Jamaican jerk sauce. It tastes a lot like brown sauce to me.
