Blog2019 ≫ Did my first programme on the treadmill

Just meant to do half hours walking on the treadmill, while reading a book and checking my phone. Then thought I'd try out one of the exercise programmes instead. I picked seven out of twelve as being the first one labelled aerobic, should be a gentle one. Good as I am barefoot and in my pyjamas. However it is thirty minutes of interval training, so walking, then running at an incline. The running is about as fast as I have been before on there at 6.8mph, and some of it was at incline 10 (when I normally use incline 2). So was a proper workout, but all good. My knee didn't hurt at all, but whether that is it being better now or me running barefoot I don't know.
