Very cold and thick frost out there. Not seen any ice on the roads or pavements near us, but there was no standing water or unmelted snow overnight. Nearer the canal and the seafront there are frozen puddles, dangerous and slippy. So the walk to school was fine, and glad I am working from home as the cycle to Hythe may not have been. Likewise an early morning run today would not be a smart idea, but by Saturday I would expect all to be fine. If it warms up later I will go at lunch.
Clare is finally taking her illness seriously and has taken the day off work.
