Just customised a Bombay Bad Boy for my lunch, using one of my chilli sauces instead of the supplied one. Went for a Wiltshire Chilli Farm "Naga" Chilli Sauce, and it's great and hot. Makes me want to eat another one right after. I have been for a run at lunchtime today, just to Twiss Road and back along Princes Parade, so under 4.5km but that was plenty enough. It's sunny out there, and really nice in the sun, but everyone else is wrapped up warm. Thought I'd better get a practice in as last week I did no other runs before my park run and it showed.
I used my new armband phone holder, it feels like a blood pressure monitor when it is on.
Clare has taken the day off today, in lieu of working new year's day, and gone to Canterbury. Hopefully she will be back in time to take the boys shoe shopping after school as the little one suddenly complained his were too small.
We had a bonus meal out last night, went to Follies in Hythe for a pizza. I loved mine, the boys were too full to appreciate it really, ungrateful little baskets. They had been to the cinema in the daytime with Grandpa and absolutely rinsed him for pick and mix I think.
I think I need to write "chilli" more instead of "chili", I will go back over this blog and fix up some typos...
