Blog2019 ≫ Added my discogs content here

Chatting with Jack yesterday about records and it reminded me to check on my collection on discogs, see if there had been any update in the values. Seem's His'n'Hers by Pulp has crept to the number one spot in median value. Then I thought "can I automate this"? Yes I can!

They have an API so I can grab my content, or indeed anyone's content from there. It will involve lots more requests for me to get the average sale value of each thing in my collection, but for now I'm keeping my collection up to date there, and generating content from it here (B, C, D, etc).

Will hopefully mean fewer dead links when a band appears in the chart of the week over there 👉 even though I have not previously mentioned them.

First day back at school today, not as traumatic for us as for some others. Friend at work who gives me a lift at the moment took his to school only to find the school doesn't actually open again until Monday. So he's working from home tomorrow and so I think I might too...
