Yesterday I didn't run because it was raining heavily. Today I was determined to go, even though a lot of rain in the night. HOWEVER, I had only set my early alarm for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, so overslept again today. Have now set it for every day, will see what tomorrow's excuse is. Maybe a big dog will get in and eat my trainers, which I left on the bus?
