Didn't sleep well but up early for a run anyway. Too dark out there to see, bit cold. I went Sandgate way because there are street lights, so a bit more visibility, but not much. Did not make a good time, did not run far enough. Definitely want a head torch.
Also I startled a fox at one point, he was on the path, and could probably see me better than I could see him. He started towards the road, realised it was a bit dangerous and so jumped onto the beach instead.
