Opened up the computer on return from my run and got the alert, I'm due at the dentist in an hour! I made it fine though in the rush I have left my phone at home. Was only a check up, all is good, got another appointment for six months time.
I have picked up some details about teeth whitening though, do I want the £300 DIY over three weeks option, or the £600 option done in two hours one..?
Back to swimming tonight too, it's all go.
