Nice, got an email from the managers of our estate that I have been putting off opening, as it is usually a demand for money. We pay a service charge of approximately £100 every six months, that I budget for. I put the money into a special account by standing order so I can pay the bill when it comes in. Just opened this email and instead of a demand for approximately £100 it says I am in credit this time by £26 pounds. Winning!
