Day two of week two of running was fine

I got out there in the end, a run at lunch. Not too hot out there today and a nice breeze. This week the plan is only ninety seconds of running then two minutes of walking, repeat five times. Feels too easy, but I know it has to pick up the pace soon to build me up to thirty minutes of solid running. Still, got to trust it.
