We stayed local Sunday morning, cannot even really remember the morning. Was it my lie-in? Just had a light lunch in front of the football. Lovely to see a result going England's way, even though it was only against Panama.
Ah that's it I mostly did ironing during the match, how exciting.
After we took a walk to Sandgate and I dragged the whole family in the Inn Doors. Was quiet there, though had been reasonably busy during the match. Good that it was quiet but a shame there was no-one in there I really knew to introduce the family too and say "hey, see what a local I am and how I fit in here".
Gave the boys their tea from the chip shop and they ate it on the beach. There was a rowing regatta going on, lots of people about. Nice and relaxing, then a scoot home.
