Blog2018 ≫ Who knew my all beige Friday tea was not healthy

Doctor Xand says my regular "friday tea" is full of the wrong sort of carbs, they're the wrong colour unfortunately.

I traditionally have Linda McCartney sausages, hash browns, onion rings, and baked beans for my dinner on a Friday. Easy to chuck in the oven, and a tasty treat for the end of the week. I have always known it was not the healthiest of meals but now I'm thinking of doing something about it.

I'm getting sweet potato wedges and some green onion rings. At least the baked bean component is colourful enough isn't it? Isn't it?

Doctor Xand is from the boys' favourite tv show, a gruesome kids medical thing called Operation Ouch. He is a real doctor, and he has a twin brother who is also a doctor. These guys are always on TV.
