So, done my step count for the day and then some, by lunch time. Really I was going there to get night nurse and I forgot it! Am I going to sleep tonight now or what? I think the man flu is finally gone as of today, but I am quite used to the night nurse, maybe I have become dependent on it to sleep... will report back tomorrow see how I slept.
