Blog2017 ≫ Public "tricked" into buying unhealthy food

Don't they say "you can't con an honest man"? So people being tricked into buying unhealthy food are people who really want unhealthy food, but want to trick themselves "oh I'm only having a salad" (yes, bacon on top for just another 99p, why not)...

Slept dreadfully on Tuesday night, it was a fast day, but I might have figured it out. Though we eat a lot less that day, it might be my cup of marmite that is affecting my sleep. This has been my new routine, having a healthy tea of vegetable miso broth and then topping it up with a cup of Marmite. Tricking myself into having more food I suppose. Maybe that half teaspoon or so of Marmite is messing with my brain and stopping me sleeping? I don't think it is that I am hungry.

It's a diet day again today but I'm not really doing it, instead of the 5-2 diet that Clare is doing I'm doing more like 6.5-0.5 these days. My weight is more or less the same (though I seem to be down to under 10 stone today) but it fluctuates by a few pounds each day.
