Took the boys to a boot fair on Hythe Green in the morning, got nothing for me but a tonne of books for them including a full set of Horrible Geography. I love boot fair books they're so cheap! Should have got some garden stuff too, there were some hanging basket liners and loads of plants, but I should probably limit my ambitions. I'm not a good gardener, I need to focus just on these courgette plants for a while.
Went into Folkestone after lunch, got some new summer shoes for the boys, and a frame for the new gymnastics certificate. Did not go into the nice bit at all, not down the Old High Street, not on the Harbour Arm. We were not eating out, nor looking to spend any unneccessary money, so we limited ourselves to the crap part of town.
Clare dropped me off at the Inn Doors on the way home. Two trips to the pub in one weekend, nice! And of course maintained my step count for the year.
