Blog2017 ≫ Saturday night pub: The Cob and Pen

⬆️Awesome weekend

I think I remember going to the Cob and Pen once before, on our way to the Frog and Frigate maybe in the times when I would drive there. New Years Eve or something like that? But barely remember it. Seems a nice place, Wallington is definitely a nice little spot. I thought the pub would be quieter, was quite lively, a party going on and karaoke queued up. A lot of drunk people by the end of the night. Did that include us? Not really, was quite a sedate evening.

I left just after midnight, which as annoying, should have either a) left half hour before or even better b) tried the other pub in Wallington, as then I would have got my step count for the day. As it was I ended on 9000. Got 4000 for the next day in advance by walking home.

Great to catch up with Andy even though we'll be meeting again next weekend for the stag do.

The Delme was still rocking as I walked past, I nearly stopped in there...
