Hope it's a good one. It's starting with a month of stern and healthy austerity for me, trying not drinking. I've developed quite a belly again over Christmas so going to cut out the booze and make sure I get my steps in every day from now on. Doing well, hit my step count target today and no booze for at least eighteen hours...
