Blog2016 ≫ Twenty five years ago today I was at Skid Row

With support from LA Guns who I don't remember and my favourite band of the time Love / Hate. Think this gig was probably originally lined up from Wembley, not many bands played at the Docklands Arena, but Sebastian Bach of Skid Row got them banned by the local authority from playing there on their Guns'n'Roses support a few months previously.

Can't remember who I went to this gig with or how I got there and back, might even have been a coach.

Love / Hate heavily hinted from the stage that everyone should go along to another gig the next day, at the Borderline I think, where they were secretly playing. I should have done, but did not. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't really matter though...
