Guessing it's the 1980s, no date on it. Found it in a box of beer mats that I have just thrown out.

Hope that works for you otherwise it's in my November 2016 photos¹... Prawn cocktail, gammon and pineapple, jelly and ice cream and coffee for 4.80 all in. Not a vegetarian option in sight. Only the prices have changed...
