Perhaps more Peasmarsh than Rye, but anyway, we want walking yesterday. Was a big of a mushroom hunt for Dom and a nice ramble for the rest of us. Dom was pleased, he found some ceps (aka porcini) and we got our 10,000 steps without any complaints from the boys. On the way home we had a lovely meal in Simply Italian in Rye. Made a nice change from going into town on a Saturday afternoon, felt like a good worthy activity for the boys. Really did not feel like a Saturday either, felt like Sunday all day. So today is like a bonus day off!
Clare is working today, we're doing very little indeed. Will clear the ironing and watch TV.
