We have quite an action packed weekend lined up, great for a bank holiday. There's lots going on locally, fun fair, vintage car rally, some kind of food festival, and more. And then it keeps slipping my mind that we're off to the theatre tomorrow, dont-you-know. Clare has been priming the boys with the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang London stage show soundtrack for months, they absolutely love it, so I hope it goes well. Mainly I hope Number one son is not too disappointed that Richard O'Brien is not in the version we're going to see...
Lee Mead (Casualty, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat) will play Caractacus Potts, alongside Claire Sweeney (Brookside) as Baroness Bomburst and Phill Jupitus (The Producers, Hairspray) as Baron Bomburst / Lord Scrumptious, with Carrie Hope Fletcher (Les Miserables) as Truly Scrumptious
